Office Policies |
At Marquis Dental in downtown Saskatoon, we want you to be informed before your first visit to our office. We've made our office policies available here for you to review ahead of time.
Marquis Dental will submit dental claims to your insurance company on your behalf.
Each insurance plan has different fee guides, yearly maximums, rules and limits.
We will always provide your insurance company with all pertinent information regarding your claims. If your insurance provider requests additional records, letters of explanation, or if appeals are sought, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for the time and costs incurred to supply your insurance company with this additional information.
We will gladly provide estimates for any proposed treatment.
When we recommend treatment, your dental insurance coverage does not influence our recommendation or professional opinion.
Before any patient receives dental treatment, financial arrangements must be made.
Payment for all services and treatment is expected upon completion of the services that day.
Our office will work with each patient to choose a treatment plan based on their dental needs, not what a patient’s insurance plan does or does not cover.
Our patient care coordinators are available to answer any questions about the cost of treatment. They are available to discuss during regular business hours.
Our commitment to you is that we will make every effort to book an appointment that best suits your schedule. We will also contact you two days prior to your appointment to remind you of the date and time you are scheduled to see one of our doctors or hygienists.
We ask that you respect our time as we respect yours. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours, or 1 full business day, in advance so that we will have a chance to make the necessary changes. (Example: contact us Thursday for a Monday appointment cancellation.)
If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your appointment we do reserve the right to charge you a fee for the time we have lost.
